Return Policy

Given the nature of our product, we unfortunately cannot accommodate any returns or exchanges.

However, if the item is defective, arrives damaged during transit, or if the wrong item is received; please email us at jujubeecandles@gmail.com with a photo of defect, damages, or wrongful item within 48 days of receipt. We will process exchange or refund once receive the proof defect/damage.

Only one promotion code can be applied to each order.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of purchase. We are unable to accommodate any changes after 24 hours. Please send all cancellation requests to jujubeecandles@gmail.com

WHY JUJU.BEE?

JUJU.BEE is inspired after the China-native fruit, Jujube. Jujubes are commonly known as Chinese dates and are used often in many Asian cuisines, especially soups and teas. Jujubes are superfruits packed with antioxidants, magnesium, zinc, iron, potassium, calcium, vitamin c, protein, and fiber to name a few. The jujube fruit became our inspiration for its many health benefits and versatile uses - because what is self-care, if not to take care of one's health, both physically and mentally!
