Return Policy

Given the nature of our product, we unfortunately cannot accommodate any returns or exchanges. 

However, if the item is defective, arrives damaged during transit, or if the wrong item is received; please email us at customerservice@jujudotbee.com with a photo of defect, damages, or wrongful item within 48 days of receipt. We will process exchange or refund once receive the proof defect/damage. 

Promotions

Only one promotion code can be applied to each order. 

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of purchase. We are unable to accommodate any changes after 24 hours. Please send all cancellation requests to customerservice@jujudotbee.com
